The Pharos Switch – PAC S is an unmanaged PoE Ethernet switch designed to simplify network connectivity and power distribution for Pharos devices. It allows connection and power supply for up to four PoE-compatible devices such as Pharos controllers, remote devices and touch interfaces, while providing an additional non-powered Ethernet port for computers, local networks or other devices.
Using Power over Ethernet (PoE IEEE 802.3af) technology, the Pharos Switch – PAC S delivers both network data and electrical power through a single Ethernet cable, making it easier to install remote devices wherever they are required.
The switch operates immediately with no commissioning or configuration required. It automatically detects connected devices and provides the appropriate power level. Each PoE port includes resettable fuse protection, providing improved safety and reliability for professional lighting installations.
