RIO 84

The Pharos RIO 84 is a Remote Input Output module designed to expand Pharos control systems with advanced integration, automation and external device interaction capabilities. Connected to Pharos controllers through an Ethernet network, it adds configurable inputs, relay outputs and a multi-protocol serial interface for professional lighting and show control applications.

The RIO 84 provides 8 multifunction inputs configurable as contact closure, digital input or analog input. These inputs allow connection of various external devices such as switches, sensors, control interfaces and automation systems.

It also includes 4 isolated low-voltage relay outputs for activating external equipment or control functions. Solid-state relays provide silent operation and long-term reliability for permanent installations.

With its configurable serial interface, the Pharos RIO 84 supports RS232, RS485 and DMX communication, allowing integration with third-party systems and professional lighting equipment. The serial port can also operate as a full DMX512 output or DMX input for triggering events.

Featuring PoE power, DIN rail mounting and 24/7 reliability, the Pharos RIO 84 is a flexible and scalable solution for advanced lighting control, automation and system integration projects.
